LITTLE WITCH/PRINT-MAKING
For this promt, the Visual Art students got paired up with other students in the creative writing students. The visual Artists were to read the stories composed by our partner, after reading all of the stories I then chose a story and scene to illustrate. I decided to do a description of one of the female protagonists, the way the author portrayed her captivated me and I was excited to show the author how I perceived his work! I then continued with the assignment and sketched her out she was some type of Witch or a magic weilder, then transferred the sketch onto a Linoleum slab to create a stamp.

OVERTHINKING/ COLLOGE
This prompt was one of the more enjoyable for me in my opinion. I enjoyed the collecting of the materials and cutting g out images in magazines with an X-acto knife. The various materials I used included the scraps from old magazines, old scrapbooking stickers, old game boy monthly adds, D.C. And Newspaper comics, And clippings of my favorite tea packages

HIGH TEA/PEN AND INK TECHNIQUES
For this promt we were told to take pictures of our "Junk drawers" in our homes then print them out, we then sketched out a layout of our photos onto a large piece of poster paper, After we had our layouts we were given geometric cardboard stencils to trace at random over our sketches. We then used various pen and ink techniques to fill in the space inside the shapes we traced on the paper. The techniques I had used in my work are, Hatching, Cross Hatching, Stippling and scribbling.

SILVER SPOON/CONTOR
For this prompt I was assigned to find a picture in a magazine to make a contor drawing, Contor is when you are only drawing with likes. I felt a little challenged when I found these spoons with all the intricate details such as Reflection and variation of thickness. The pencil I used to accomplish this was a Prismacolor graphite Ebony pencil.

COLORED PENCIL
For this promt I was going along the theme beauty. I reflected on my Natonality, I am a women of color and that's okay! I am strong because of what my great ancestors have done and accomplished, they saw a greater picture for not only black women, women of all ethnicities! To have rights and be treated equally. I believe men and women are to be equal. And it is truly beautiful seeing a women comfortable in her own skin regardless of race, we are to be strong willed, yet tender hearted. This is who I am orotund to be I am me.
